Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated August 2026

This statement sets out the steps Global Cyber Tekure Ltd takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain, in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our business

Global Cyber Tekure Ltd is a UK-registered cyber security consultancy providing architecture, assurance and governance services to defence, nuclear, government and critical infrastructure clients. We operate primarily through skilled professional services and a limited number of technology suppliers.

Our approach

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our relationships. We expect the same standards from those we engage with. Our consultancy workforce is composed of vetted professionals and we do not operate in sectors associated with a high risk of forced labour.

Supply chain

Our supply chain is limited and principally comprises cloud hosting and standard business software providers. We assess key suppliers for responsible business practices and will not knowingly work with a supplier involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.

Due diligence

We apply proportionate due diligence when engaging suppliers and personnel. This includes right-to-work checks for staff and confirmation of supplier compliance with applicable employment law.

Review

We review this statement annually and will take action if any risk is identified.
